Job summary

TipTopJob is partnering with a prestigious luxury lifestyle hotel in London to recruit an experienced Events Operations Manager. You will oversee end-to-end event delivery, coordinating with F&B, wellness, guest experience and hotel teams to ensure seamless, high-caliber guest experiences and flawless execution.

• Experience managing events operations in luxury hotel or premium hospitality.
• Ability to deliver high-end guest experiences and manage complex live events.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and multi-priority management.
• Confident leader who can inspire teams under pressure.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination and execution of all events across the hotel.
• Translate event briefs into detailed operational plans, timelines and team briefings.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments and external partners to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Oversee event set-up, live operations and post-event reviews.
• Act as the key operational point of contact during events, ensuring service standards and guest expectations are exceeded.
• Support the development of event processes, standards and best practices.
• Ensure all events operate safely, efficiently and in line with licensing, compliance and brand requirements.
• Coach and support teams to deliver outstanding service and attention to detail.
