• Experience in planning and executing MICE and/or high-end social events preferably in a luxury setting.
• Impeccable presentation and communication skills.
• Confidence dealing with high-profile and international clients.

• The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients from initial enquiry through to post-event follow-up.
• Lead the planning and execution of conferences, meetings, private events, and social functions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, F&B, Rooms Division, and external partners.
• Ensure every event reflects the highest standards of luxury, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Drive client satisfaction and repeat business through relationship management and service excellence.
• Contribute to revenue growth through upselling opportunities and strategic planning.
