Job summary

BESPOKE - Master Event Producers is seeking an experienced Event Design Manager to lead commercial sales for luxury events in London. You will translate client briefs into compelling proposals, drive revenue growth, and act as a brand ambassador while collaborating with our in-house design and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Eight years experience in event planning.
• High level of design and creativity.
• Basic understanding of production.
• Organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Developing creative responses to client briefs with proposals and visuals.
• Fostering long-term client relationships with partners and venues.
• Staying ahead of trends in event design and mentoring the sales team.
• Tracking sales using CRM and reporting to leadership.
• Growing the number of events at unique London venues.
• Attending client meetings and site visits to convert business.
• Managing budgets and liaising with Finance for filings.
• Briefing Operations with detailed event specifications.
• Collaborating with Operations to deliver high-standard live events.
• Encouraging multi-event bookings with clients.
• Maintaining professional attire and flexible weekend/evening work.
