The Host role involves warmly welcoming clients, guiding them through a luxurious in-store experience, and supporting Sales Consultants to deliver personalized journeys.

You will maintain a pristine showroom, manage appointments, and act as the liaison between clients and the sales team, ensuring discretion and an exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably luxury retail or hospitality.
• Impeccable interpersonal skills and ability to engage high-end clientele.
• Refined sense of style and passion for jewellery.
• Excellent organisation and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail to maintain luxury showroom standards.
• Discretion with sensitive client information.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and create a luxurious entrance.
• Manage client flow and allocate to Sales Consultants.
• Offer refreshments to enhance the client experience.
• Assist in managing appointments and showroom readiness.
• Serve as liaison between clients and the sales team.
• Answer basic inquiries about services, products, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, elegant showroom presentation.
• Ensure displays reflect brand standards and accessibility.
• Coordinate with Sales Consultants to deliver the highest level of service.
• Provide feedback to management for service improvements.
• Handle client data with discretion per company policies.
