Job summary

Westman Atelier in the United Kingdom is seeking an energetic, passionate Full-Time Retail Artist who educates clients on Gucci Westman’s makeup philosophy and delivers the highest level of client experience.

The role is 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility for days, nights, weekends and events; previous beauty retail and makeup artistry experience is preferred; you'll stay current on products and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous retail industry experience, preferably in beauty.
• Make-up artistry or luxury skincare experience is a plus.
• Must follow brand and retailer image guidelines.
• Passion for clean, luxury beauty.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and events.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, personalised, professional service to all customers at all times.
• Assist customers with product selection and application.
• Provide shade recommendations and assist customers with product selection.
• Stay up to date on Westman Atelier products and education; uphold brand guidelines.
• Attend and participate in training meetings (virtual or at-counter); implement learnings on the job.
• Practice proper hygiene guidelines when demonstrating products on clients.
• Maintain consistent clienteling and follow-up.
• Achieve all targets and KPIs; record and report OOS to manager; ensure replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness of counter and testers.
