Job summary

Hallmark Luxury Care Homes is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain spotless, comfortable living spaces for residents across our English homes. Reporting to the Head Housekeeper, you will follow our cleaning schedule and ensure a homely environment where residents feel cared for.

You will report any faults, adhere to infection control policies, attend training, and contribute to a safe, health-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic environment is desirable.
• Adherence to health & safety practices and infection control policies.

Responsibilities

• Follow cleaning schedule to keep residents’ living spaces pristine.
• Report defects or damage to furnishings promptly.
• Maintain detailed cleaning documentation as required.
• Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date with health and safety requirements.
