Signature Senior Lifestyle in Weybridge is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead front of house service for residents and visitors, ensuring every mealtime is outstanding while adhering to health and safety rules. You will work with the Hospitality Manager, manage stock, and support the dining operations across venues such as private dining, café, and bistro.

Qualifications

• Hands-on role supporting Hospitality Manager front of house.
• Experience supervising restaurant operations and staff.
• Awareness of COSHH, CQC regulations and Health & Safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock control and liaise with senior kitchen team for events.
• Support dining operations across venues (Private dining, Café, Sky Lounge).
• Ensure diners’ hydration and nourishment follow health and safety rules.
• Provide training and deployment of staff; maintain high dining standards.
