You will support residents with daily activities, assist with washing, dressing, eating and mobility, and help create a home-like environment. Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families while contributing to personalised care plans.

Qualifications

• Kind and compassionate, with a caring approach to residents.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Some IT skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with washing, dressing, eating, drinking and mobility.
• Help residents make their apartments feel like home.
• Engage residents in activities such as bingo and live music.
• Develop strong relationships with residents and their families.
• Contribute to Care Plans and monitor any specialist support needs.
