About the Role

We are seeking a Luxury Brand Ambassador for our Creed counter at Selfridges Trafford, Manchester. This part‑time role requires 4 days, 30 hours per week and is ideal for those passionate about luxury, driven to make a difference and eager to help shape the future of our business.

Purpose of the Role

As a Luxury Brand Ambassador, you will uphold the brand's prestige and deliver an unparalleled customer experience. Your primary objectives: share knowledge and passion about our brand and products, drive sales, and maintain the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our brand, fragrances, ingredients and heritage to effectively engage customers and drive sales.
  • Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and effective storytelling of product features and benefits.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to create memorable experiences and foster brand loyalty.
  • Visual Presentation: Ensure the retail space reflects the luxury of our brand through impeccable visual merchandising standards.
