Job summary

Rituals is seeking a customer-focused team member in the United Kingdom to deliver the Feel-Good Experience in-store. You will welcome shoppers with our signature tea, help them discover beloved products, and perhaps surprise them with something new.

You’ll contribute to reaching sales targets, operate the register, manage deliveries, and ensure the boutique remains sharp and stocked, embodying the luxury Rituals brand in every detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth and deliver our Feel-Good Experience.
• Assist customers in finding products and making thoughtful recommendations.
• Operate the till, process deliveries, and keep the boutique tidy and well-stocked.
• Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining Rituals’ premium display standards and representing the luxury feel.
