Noble Panacea, Inc. is seeking a motivated Beauty Advisor & Aesthetician to represent the brand on our luxury counter. You will educate clients on our OSMV technology, perform facial protocols, and deliver personalised service to drive sales and client retention.

You will build relationships, maintain CRM, and collaborate with Sales and Education to ensure flawless counters and memorable in-store experiences.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Beauty Advisor.
• Experience with luxury/niche skincare brands preferred.
• Level 3 Skin Therapist diploma (UK) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present Noble Panacea to clients and educate on OSMV technology and benefits.
• Perform Noble Panacea facial protocols daily and at events.
• Maintain CRM records and build client loyalty.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to year-on-year growth.
• Ensure floor presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
