Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining cleanliness of changing rooms and pool areas.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to supporting spa operations.
• Ability to assist guests and staff while ensuring safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Check changing room areas and swimming pool for cleanliness every 30 minutes.
• Assist Fitness Instructor in keeping fitness equipment clean on request.
• Report maintenance faults to Spa Housekeeper or Manager.
• Assist guests with queries and refer to a Senior Manager when needed.
• Ensure continuous supply of towels, robes, and toiletries.
• Open or close the outdoor pool and clear dirty dishes from pool area.
• Complete Pool Responder training within 1 month of starting.
