Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Beauty Therapist to deliver premium, personalised beauty and wellness treatments to members and guests in a calm, luxurious environment.

You will perform treatments to a high standard, advise on skincare, and promote retail products while maintaining impeccable hygiene and superb guest service.

The role requires up to 2 years' experience in a high-profile venue, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a passion for discretion and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy; Level 4 desirable for advanced treatments.
• Strong knowledge of skincare brands, facial techniques, and massage therapies.
• Experience with luxury products and a client-focused approach.
• Impeccable grooming and communication skills.
• Discreet, professional, and calm under pressure.
• Able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality beauty treatments including facials, massages, waxing, nails and advanced therapies.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation in treatment rooms and spa areas.
• Tailor treatments and advise on skincare and aftercare products.
• Promote retail products to enhance guest experience and aftercare.
• Manage bookings and ensure punctual handovers.
• Build relationships with members with discretion and excellent service.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene protocols.
• Support stock management and spa opening/closing procedures.
