Job summary

Spark Education Trust is seeking a Supervisory Assistant at Whitehouse Primary School, Stockton. You will supervise pupils during lunchtime, promote table manners, and support their wellbeing throughout the school day.

You will help deliver the OPAL outdoor play and learning programme, facilitating engaging, inclusive, and safe play experiences. The post is permanent, term-time only, with a fixed salary scale.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is desirable.
• Ability to supervise groups and promote positive behaviour.
• Comfort with delivering play-based lunchtime activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils during mealtimes in the dining hall.
• Encourage good table manners and respectful behaviour.
• Assist in delivering the OPAL lunchtime play and learning programme.
• Foster inclusive, safe, and active play and social interaction.
