Job summary

Hunnyhill Ormiston Academy is seeking a caring Midday Supervisory Assistant on a fixed-term basis to supervise pupils in the dining hall, playground and classrooms during lunchtime, ensuring a safe, happy and well-organised environment.

You will be a calm, patient role model, follow the school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies, and work with colleagues to support younger or more vulnerable children who may need extra help. Previous experience is welcome but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils across dining hall, playground and classrooms during lunchtime.
• Encourage positive play and good table manners; ensure safety and order.
• Support younger or more vulnerable children who may need extra help.
