Job summary

Clewer Green CofE First School is seeking a friendly lunchtime supervisor to support pupils during lunch and playtime, helping them eat safely and behave positively.

You will work as part of a supportive team, prepare the dining area, model good manners, promote healthy eating, and assist with first aid or safeguarding as required in line with school policies. This role requires patience and reliability to create a calm lunchtime environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining area and ensure pupils are accommodated during lunch.
• Monitor and support pupils, encouraging safe eating and good manners.
• Collaborate with catering staff and teachers as needed.
• Promote healthy eating and inclusive play.
• Manage minor behavioural issues in line with policy.
• Attend to emergencies (first aid) per school procedures.
