Salford Primary School is seeking a warm and enthusiastic Lunchtime Organiser to help create a safe, happy and engaging lunchtime environment for pupils. The role focuses on supervision, inclusive play, and supporting positive behaviour during lunch breaks.

The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues, uphold safeguarding procedures, and foster good manners and cooperation. A fully enhanced DBS check is required; if you have lived abroad, we provide guidance as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Must be caring and positive with children.
• Experience working with pupils' wellbeing and lunchtime activities is desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to run lunchtime provision smoothly.

Aufgaben

• Supervise pupils during the lunchtime period, ensuring safety and wellbeing.
• Encourage inclusive and enjoyable play opportunities for all children.
• Engage with children during lunch and playtimes, promoting positive behaviour and social interaction.
• Support the school’s behaviour expectations and help maintain a calm environment.
• Identify and respond to accidents, incidents or welfare concerns in line with procedures.
• Foster positive relationships with pupils and encourage good manners and cooperation.
• Work with colleagues to ensure lunchtime provision is well organised and enjoyable.
