Job summary

Cutteslowe Primary School in Oxfordshire is seeking a Lunchtime Supervisor to help children eat well, play safely, and form friendships during the lunch period.

This permanent, part-time role offers 5 hours weekly (12:00–13:00, term time only) with a pro-rata hourly rate of £13.28; start 2 November 2026. Apply by 23 October 2026.

Essentials
  • Location: Cutteslowe Primary School, River Learning Trust, OX2 8LH

  • Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time

  • Working Pattern: 5 hours per week (12:00pm - 1:00pm, Monday to Friday), Term Time Only

  • Salary: Grade 3 (Pro-rata actual salary) £13.28 per hour

What You’ll Bring
  • A calm, approachable manner and a good sense of humor when engaging with young people.

  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to interact effectively with both pupils and staff.

  • A reliable, punctual, and flexible attitude toward working as part of a close-knit team.

  • An understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality and following school safety and safeguarding procedures.

  • Previous experience in a school environment or a First Aid certificate is welcome, but a willingness to learn and engage with training is what matters most.
