Job summary

Prospero Teaching is assisting an SEN school in Dartford to appoint a SEND Lunchtime Supervisor. The role runs 11:30-13:30, with potential for extended hours and a temp-to-perm pathway.

You will support students on the playground, assist with feeding and personal care as needed, and help pupils settle into routines. Flexible 3–5 days per week, with progression opportunities into TA work.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school setting preferred.
• Ability to assist with basic personal care and feeding routines.
• Good communication with staff and caregivers to ensure pupil safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils in the playground during lunch breaks.
• Assist with feeding and basic personal care as required.
• Support pupils to transition between activities and settle back into class routines.
