School: Coleman Primary School, Leicester

Salary: £13.69 per hour

Contract Type: Permanent Hours: 11:55am - 1310pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

About the Role

Coleman Primary School is seeking a caring, organised and proactive Lunchtime Manager to join our friendly team. This is a key role in ensuring our pupils enjoy a safe, structured and positive lunchtime experience.

You will lead a team of lunchtime supervisors, manage daily routines, and help foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the lunchtime team to ensure smooth running of lunch periods.
  • Promote positive behaviour and ensure the safety and wellbeing of pupils in the dining hall and playground.
  • Support children with additional needs to ensure inclusive lunchtime provision.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and report any concerns or incidents.

  • Has experience working with children, ideally in a school setting.
  • Is confident in leading a team and managing routines.
  • Is calm, approachable and able to respond effectively to situations.
