Job summary

Partou Curiosity Corner Day Nursery & Pre-school in Southport, Merseyside, invites a Level 2/3 Early Years qualified practitioner to join as Lunchtime Cover Assistant on a 15-hour per week, part-time basis. You will help keep children engaged with enriching activities, ensuring safety and development in line with EYFS, and support nursery staff during lunch breaks.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Strong EYFS knowledge.
• Ability to support childrens learning and development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide lunch-time cover for children during lunch breaks.
• Support play and learning activities in a nursery setting.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
• Build positive relationships with families and colleagues.
