Job summary

Heathermount School is seeking a reliable Lunchtime Kitchen Assistant to join our team in Ascot. You will work 10:30 am to 1:30 pm, 16 hours per week, supporting kitchen operations and lunchtime service for pupils aged 5-18 with ASD.

Training will be provided, and we value a positive attitude and good communication, especially when working with children. The role offers a permanent contract, a collaborative environment, and opportunities to contribute to a safe, hygienic school dining

Qualifications

  • Duties include food preparation, cleaning and serving meals.
  • Stock organisation and maintaining hygiene.

Working 10.30 am to 1.30 pm. 16 hours per week.In this role, you will support the day-to-day running of the kitchen and assist with lunchtime service for children. Duties include food preparation, cleaning, stock organisation, and serving meals while helping to create a safe, positive, and hygienic environment.The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work well with children. Previous experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
