Job summary

Kids Planet Preston East is hiring an Early Years Educator – Lunch Cover for a part-time role from 11am to 2pm. You’ll join a supportive team that cares for children and fosters curiosity through play and meals.

Desirable Level 2 UK EY qualification; understanding of EYFS, safeguarding knowledge, and a can-do attitude. Benefits include free meals, KP Academy training, enhanced holiday allowance, and a friendly central support team.

Qualifications

• Desirable but not essential to hold a Level 2 UK Early Years qualification or higher.
• Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Awareness of safeguarding children and child welfare.

Responsibilities

• Support children during meals and meals times to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with the nursery team to support daily routines and activities.

What an Early Years Educator – Lunch Cover needs:

• Desirable but not essential to be Level 2 qualified or higher in a UK recognised early years qualification.

• Knowledge of safeguarding children.
