Job summary

Kids Planet Sutton is looking for an Early Years Educator – Lunch Cover to join our friendly team in Sutton. This part-time role runs from 11am to 2pm and involves supporting children during mealtimes and day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification (or higher) in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Knowledge of safeguarding children.

Responsibilities

• Provide support during mealtimes and assist children.
• Collaborate with the nursery team to support daily routines and activities.
• Help maintain safe, welcoming, and engaging learning environments.

Education

Level 2 qualification or higher in a UK recognised early years qualification

What an Early Years Educator – Lunch Cover needs:

• Desirable but not essential to be Level 2 qualified or higher in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage, or an enthusiasm to learn more.
• Knowledge of safeguarding children.
