Job summary

St Catherine's CofE Primary School in Horwich is seeking a School Meals Supervisory Assistant to help supervise lunchtime, ensure safety and wellbeing, and provide a calm, enjoyable dining experience for pupils during term-time only.

The role is part-time (6.25 hours/week, Mon–Fri 12:00–13:30) on permanent contract, with a requirement to start ASAP. Eligible candidates should be friendly, patient and capable of maintaining high standards of conduct and care.

Responsibilities

• To ensure the safety, welfare and good conduct of pupils during the midday break period; includes all pupils on the school premises.
• Ensure a pleasant, relaxed, safe but efficient lunch experience for pupils.
