Experienced Learning Support Assistants, SEN School (Complex Needs) in Epping Forest

Are you a passionate and experienced Learning Support Assistant looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?

Our outstanding SEN school, located just outside Epping, is seeking dedicated and empathetic Learning Support Assistants to join our dynamic and supportive team.

About the Role:

You will work closely with teachers and therapists to support pupils aged 4-19 with a range of complex needs, including autism, communication difficulties, sensory impairments, and physical disabilities. Every day is different - and every success, no matter how small, is celebrated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual learning plans
  • Assist with communication, sensory, and behavioural support strategies
