Quality Private Duty Care is seeking a Private Duty Nurse to deliver skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, providing assessments, care plans, and medication administration. This role emphasizes compassionate one-on-one care and collaboration with families and healthcare professionals.

A valid Tennessee LPN license and driver’s license are required, with prior home health or critical care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in Tennessee.
• Current valid driver's license.
• Experience in critical care or home health nursing.
• Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• IV infusion and medication administration experience preferred.
• Knowledge of geriatric care practices is a plus.
• CPR certification.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
