Job summary

People Incorporated seeks dedicated LPN/RN professionals for full-time and part-time roles in a 24-hour supported home environment. The ideal candidates will be compassionate individuals ready to provide premier care and support to medically involved individuals in the Southcoast community.

Qualifications

MA state valid LPN or RN license required.
Experience working in a supported home environment preferred.
Ability to implement Positive Behavior Support techniques.

Responsibilities

Provide structured routine including ADL care and medication distribution.
Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual Service Plans.
Manage crisis situations as necessary for safety.

Our Residential Program is looking for compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment located in Taunton and surrounding communities. The LPN will provide premier services to the individuals in our care.

Responsibilities

On a daily basis, this position will provide a structured routine that includes but is not limited to house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.
This position will implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
At times, de-escalation and crisis management techniques may be required to maintain the safety of others.

Requirements

MA state valid LPN or RN license.
A qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver’s license are also required.
A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
