Job summary

Options is seeking a C++ Software Developer to join the Market Data division in Cambridge. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of low-latency trading platforms using C++ in an agile environment. We value hands-on experience with STL/Boost, Linux/Unix, and scripting with Bash, Perl and Python.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of design and development experience in related roles.
• Experience with C++ including STL and Boost.
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments (Red Hat, CentOS).
• Scripting knowledge: Bash, Perl, Python.
• Familiar with Agile, TDD/BDD, CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications written in C/C++ for a low-latency trading platform.
• Work across the full development life cycle to add features and maintain existing apps.
• Support clients and investigate production issues.
• Enhance automated regression testing tools to increase coverage.
• Collaborate with agile team to ensure quality releases.
