Job summary

Erin Associates Ltd in Grimsby is recruiting a Systems Developer for a hybrid role with 1–2 days in the office. You will own the full lifecycle of workflow development, taking solutions from concept to deployment and ongoing support, bridging technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Power Platform, APIs, SQL, and modern automation tools. Knowledge of finance, insurance, or legal software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end workflow development in a professional services environment.
• Bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with modern automation and integration tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of workflow development from concept to deployment and support.
• Develop end-user solutions and applications for a 500+ employee business.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to define requirements.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation and integration solutions.
