Job summary

WSP is seeking a Head of Project Management to join our Low Carbon team. You will lead the Project Delivery group, including project management, engineering management, construction management and project control professionals, delivering complex energy projects for the Net Zero transition.

You will oversee governance, performance, and team utilisation across the UK and beyond, driving innovation, client satisfaction and delivery excellence while building strong client relationships and

Qualifications

• Senior project management experience in energy/consulting with leadership roles.
• Experience across OE, EPC, EPCM contracting models.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and deliver across lifecycle.
• MBA or Chartered status preferred; degree holders considered with equivalent qualifications.
• Full professional membership in a relevant body.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to the Project Delivery group.
• Accountable for project delivery performance including financial, people development and engagement.
• Collaborate across the UK and global geographies.
