Lounge Supervisor – United Airlines Lounges, Terminal 2 Heathrow Airport

As a Lounge Supervisor, you will ensure that all customers receive the highest quality of service through efficient management of assigned staff and continuous improvement to product and services.

Essential Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest quality of service to all customers, managing staff efficiently and consistently seeking customer feedback and opportunities to improve lounge products.
• Present all food and beverage, continuously monitoring quality and quantity, ensuring displays meet specifications.
• Plan and delegate shift tasks, supervising, training, motivating, guiding, and counseling staff to achieve customer delight.
• Maintain documentation, updating work log records and timesheets to ensure smooth operation.
• Oversee ordering of all produce to maintain supplies of F&B and other materials.
• Provide a full 5‑year employment history and disclose any criminal record details. Successful completion of the probation period and airport pass clearance entitles you to permanent full‑time employment.
• Have experience supervising a team.
• Have front‑of‑house and customer‑facing experience.
• Have an element of food experience.
• Be highly motivated, with strong attention to detail.
• Be able to work on your own initiative within a team environment.

Package Description

• 39.66 hours per week
• Starting from 15.60 per hour
• Shift pattern: 2 early shifts, 2 late shifts, followed by 2 days off
• Early shift: 04:30‑13:30
• Late shift: 13:15‑22:15
• Permanent - Full Time (subject to successful probation and airport pass clearance)
