Job summary

A leading gourmet entertainment company in London is seeking a Bartender to provide high-level hospitality to lounge customers. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet lounge customers and offer them the highest level of hospitality during their visit to the lounge
  • Maintain the opening and closing of the bar for each shift
  • Make coffees, beverages, cocktails and mixed drinks
  • Maintain the coffee machines
  • Knowledge of food products offered in the lounge
  • Maintain bar stock control documentation
  • Clean up the entire bar area including floor counters and cupboards
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years bartending experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Great team player
  • Attention to detail and ability to work fast under pressure
  • Self‑motivated attitude
  • Confident working in a team
  • Able to communicate effectively in English
  • Flexibility in work availability, as the lounge operates 7 days a week including evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Right to work in the UK
