Dunelm is hiring a Coffee Shop Assistant to join our Pausa cafes in Wakefield. You will pour drinks, serve food, and help create a welcoming environment for every guest. The role requires energy, attentiveness to health and safety, and a team-focused attitude.
You will work in a busy retail setting with opportunities for flexible hours, including weekends and seasonal contracts, to support critical store service levels and customer satisfaction.
From the first coffee poured to the final smile shared, every moment in Pausa is a chance to brighten someone's day - and you'll be right at the centre of it all. Our coffee shops, affectionately titled Pausa, are positively thriving and it is our Coffee Shop Assistants that are at the very heart of their success. You'll take pride in every cup you pour, build expert knowledge of our product range and meaningfully connect with our customers. Whether it's a regular grabbing their usual or a first-time visitor, you'll make sure every customer leaves feeling better than when they arrived. It's a busy, hands-on role that takes energy, focus and a fair bit of graft. Whilst meeting high standards for Health and Safety and Food Hygiene, our Coffee Shop Assistants function as part of a tight knit team, working well under pressure and excelling in product knowledge to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
