Job summary

TK Maxx in Windsor is seeking a Loss Prevention Advisor to help protect people, assets and stock. You will work with the store team to investigate incidents, analyse data and provide feedback that prevents loss while maintaining excellent customer service.

The role blends frontline customer activity with behind-the-scenes security tasks, and includes coaching colleagues on Loss Prevention best practices, handling external theft professionally and delivering the in-store training programme.

Qualifications

• Experience in loss prevention within retail security is desirable.
• Ability to coach and influence store colleagues on security practices.
• Good analytical skills to review incidents and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Investigate incidents and analyse evidence to prevent loss while ensuring customer service remains high.
• Educate store associates on Loss Prevention best practices and processes.
• Balance customer-facing activities with behind-the-scenes security tasks in-store.
• Handle external theft situations professionally and safely.
