A major UK retail company is seeking a Loss Prevention Partner to enhance efficiency by managing shrinkage and preventing losses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mentoring colleagues and enforcing security protocols. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage conflict are essential. This role requires working evenings and weekends, with full training provided. Competitive salary range between £26,500 – £38,000 is offered.
Join the John Lewis Profit Protection team to enhance efficiency and profitability by mitigating harm to Partners and Customers and managing shrinkage. This role addresses all aspects of shrinkage including dishonesty, procedural failure and administrative error. You will uphold high Loss Prevention standards, mentor colleagues and work with stakeholders to achieve targets. Responsibilities include managing conflict, apprehending those involved in retail crime, and coaching Partners on shrinkage and crime awareness. You will also take responsibility for self‑development, engage in department activities and act as an ambassador for the John Lewis & Partners brand.
Due to its nature, you need to be 18‑years or older to work in this role. You’ll work on a rota basis and will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Please note: You will receive full and comprehensive training in the first few weeks of starting in this role.
Salary: Between £26,500.00 – £38,000.00

As a Loss Prevention Partner within the Profit Protection team, your day will be varied but day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:
35 hours a week to include evenings and weekends
