Job summary

UNIQLO Manchester is hiring a Full Time Loss Prevention Associate to join the Loss Prevention Team. You will implement LP and safety measures, train staff, detect shoplifters, and handle incident reporting under the guidance of the Loss Prevention Manager.

The role offers permanent contract, 37.5 hours per week, with nights and weekends as needed. Starting salary is £14.50 per hour, with opportunities for growth and development within a leading fashion retailer.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of computer applications; i.e.: Excel, Word, Power Point.
• Work collaboratively as part of a high performing team.
• Ability to be approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customers and employees.
• Exceptional organisational, communication and time management skills.
• Desire to challenge yourself and constantly grow and develop.
• Able to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Train store employees on LP and safety policy.
• Detect and capture shoplifters according to policy.
• Prepare incident reports and investigation reports.
• Assist management in investigations of employee policy and procedure violations.
• Ensure confidentiality with regards to investigations and outcomes.
• Special projects/events as assigned.
• Supporting store with day to day running and ensuring inventory accuracy.
