Loss Prevention Auditor

Location: Hemel Hempstead (with regular travel to parks, mostly South/East region). Permanent – Full Time. Annual salary + bonus and benefits.

Help keep our parks secure and our finances protected. As a Loss Prevention Auditor at Haven, you’ll be the go‑to expert for cash handling and financial security audits across our parks. You’ll lead on procedural compliance, support internal theft investigations, and share best practice to build a culture of awareness and accountability. This is a hands‑on role, visiting parks across the South and East (and occasionally further afield) to deliver compliance audits, training, and practical advice to ensure our teams meet the highest standards of financial safety.

Your Opportunity
  • Conduct compliance and training‑based site visits and audits across all Haven parks.
  • Follow up on audit results with clear feedback and action plans.
  • Use exception‑based reporting tools to identify and mitigate risk areas.
  • Support and coordinate internal theft investigations.
  • Partner with site and support teams to promote a strong culture of loss prevention.
  • Help develop and implement improved procedures to reduce loss and enhance compliance.
  • Provide data and insight to support decision‑making and risk management.
