Responsibilities

  • Reduce designer error free issue percentage.
  • Investigate designer error free issues for improvements.
  • Collect data to spot trends for business enhancements.
  • Field calls from customer service to resolve issues.
  • Build presentation materials for highlighting improvements.
  • Create presentations for showroom manager meetings.
  • Communicate with internal departments during investigations.
  • Assist internal departments with data for compliance reports.
  • Work with internal teams and observe manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct quality spot checks before delivery.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Reducing the designer error free issue percentage.
  • Investigate all designer error free issues to determine the area(s) of improvement.
  • Collecting data and spotting trends in free issues for business improvements.
  • Fielding calls from the customer service team to resolve customer issues.
  • Building presentation material for cabinet and frontal highlighting suggested improvements.
  • Creating presentations for the showroom manager meetings to emphasise common errors.
  • Effectively communicating with internal departments when conducting investigations.
  • Assisting internal departments to collate data and refine the automated compliance reports.
  • Working with internal departments and observing manufacturing processes.
  • Conducting spot checks to ensuring quality standards on orders pre-delivery.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional knowledge of kitchen and bedroom design and installation techniques.
  • Exceptional knowledge of guidelines and standards.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
