Vision for Education is thrilled to collaborate with a well-respected school in Northumberland, searching for enthusiastic individuals eager to embrace a career change and join us as Cover Supervisors. This role provides an excellent pathway into teaching, offering flexible daily supply work or longer fixed-term contracts.
As a Cover Supervisor, you ll be leading classes of around 30 pupils in the absence of the teacher, following provided lesson plans. You don t need to be a subject specialist your key responsibilities will be to facilitate learning, manage classroom behaviour, take registers, and ensure a smooth transition back to the class teacher.
