Job summary

The Victoria Practice Govanhill Health Centre in Glasgow seeks a long-term locum GP to join our team for 2 sessions per week. You will work in a friendly GP surgery serving a diverse population, with a commitment to continuity of care and a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Appointments are 15 minutes, with EMIS/Docman currently used and migrating to Vision from January 2027. Minimal house calls are expected and workload is shared among partners to sustain clinician wellbeing.

The Victoria Practice is a friendly GP Surgery in Govanhill, with a current list size of 6700 patients. We’re looking for a long-term Locum GP to join our team for a 2 sessions per week. A short drive from Glasgow City Centre and with close links to the M8, Govanhill Health Centre provides an excellent working environment in the centre of one of Glasgow’s most diverse and dynamic communities - and just a short walk from a great coffee on Victoria Road!
