Job Title: Locum Consultant in General Medicine
Location: Lancashire
Rate: £85-£95P/H
Contract Type: Locum (short-term and long-term assignments available)
Start Date: 12/10/2026 - 19/02/2027

Duties will mainly include ward cover, along with administrative work and general respiratory outpatient clinics, including for follow-up of patients previously seen by a consultant who has left the Trust.

What We're Looking For

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree
• Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
• CCT in General Medicine (or within 6 months of achieving it)
• A current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check or PVG check - or a willingness to undergo one as part of the registration process
• UK Right to Work
• Strong communication and teamworking skills
• CCT in General Medicine (or within 6 months of achieving it)
