The Diary Of A CEO is seeking a Long-Form Video Editor to transform raw footage into episode-length content that engages millions on YouTube. You will own edits end-to-end, collaborating with a world-class production team to push the boundaries of storytelling in long-form formats.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of professional editing experience with multicam podcasts or interviews, strong pacing instincts, and a passion for elevating storytelling through meticulous editing and feedback-driven

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years professional editing experience, with a portfolio of long-form multicam edits (podcasts, interviews, documentaries).
Strong sense of pacing, rhythm and story structure for long-form content.
Experience delivering retention-driven edits that hold audience attention.

Responsibilities

Edit and deliver weekly long-form episodes with multicam setups.
Cut 9–13 multicam angles with multiple audio channels and precise pacing.
Collaborate with senior creatives and adapt to feedback quickly.
Contribute to pre-production outlines and packaging for alignment between recording and post.
Research trends to stay ahead of long-form YouTube standards.
Share workflows and best practices to raise editing standards.
