The Diary of a CEO is seeking a Long-Form Video Editor to transform 9–13 multicam footage into weekly episodes for a global audience. You’ll own edits end-to-end and push storytelling boundaries on YouTube.

We’re looking for 3+ years of long-form editing, advanced Premiere Pro skills, a sharp sense of pacing and retention, and strong collaboration with senior creatives in a fast-paced, in-person culture in London or LA.

Formación

• 3+ years of editing long-form multicam content (podcasts, interviews, docs).
• Advanced in Premiere Pro with large multicam timelines and syncing.
• Strong sense of pacing, rhythm and story structure for long-form content.
• Understanding of retention curves and watch-time optimization.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Growth mindset and willingness to experiment with new techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Edit and deliver weekly podcast episodes with 9–13 multicam angles.
• Maintain multiple audio channels and pacing to maximize retention.
• Collaborate with senior creatives and adapt to feedback quickly.
• Contribute to pre-production outlines and post-production handoffs.
• Conduct competitor and trend research to stay ahead.
• Share workflows and best practices across the editing team.
• Maintain project files and scalable production-ready processes.
