Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years’ experience, ideally at Planning Consultancy or Developer.
• Experience with residential schemes of 150 units or more.
• London Authority/GLA experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare planning appraisals for new potential acquisitions.
• Assist with planning applications and coordinate consultant teams.
• Attend Planning Meetings and prepare presentations.
