Job summary

Morgan Stanley in London invites applicants for the 2027 Technology Industrial Placement Programme. You will join the Technology division, work on live projects, and receive mentoring as you gain hands-on experience in software development lifecycle.

We seek students pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in STEM, with understanding of operating systems and at least one programming language (Python, Java or C++). Strong problem-solving and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s or equivalent degree in a STEM field.
• Understanding of Operating Systems and basic software concepts.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, Java or C++) and strong problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with Application Development Teams on the full software development lifecycle.
• Gather and analyse requirements from clients and translate into solutions.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues on live projects and participate in mentoring activities.
