Qualifications

• 2 years Team Leader / Supervisor / Manager experience in the corporate sector.
• Willingness to learn & proactively identify and address security concerns.
• Reliable, responsible and punctual.
• Be calm under pressure and have the presence of mind to defuse difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily deployment and supervision of security personnel.
• Ensure all officers follow site-specific duties, policies and procedures.
• Conduct thorough shift handovers and monitor completion of logs, reports and incident documentation.
• Lead on-site responses to fire alarms and other critical incidents.
