Qualifications

• Proven track record in residential sales or lettings.
• Consistently deliver results in a competitive environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent negotiation skills.
• Confident building relationships and converting opportunities into deals.
• Motivated by high earnings, recognition and rapid career progression.
• Have the drive and resilience to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume market.
• Hold a full UK driving licence (valid for 6 months +).

Responsibilities

• Building and converting a high-value pipeline of applicants and vendors.
• Conducting viewings and creating demand across a broad portfolio of properties.
• Negotiating and closing deals at pace.
• Leveraging Foxtons' London-wide stock to maximise transactions and earnings.
• Building long-term client relationships that drive repeat and referral business.
