Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a cost consultancy or construction environment.
• Experience on both commercial and residential projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparing cost plans, budgets, and detailed estimates.
• Assisting in procurement, tendering, and contract administration.
• Managing valuations, variations, and progress reports.
• Supporting pre- and post-contract cost management processes.
• Liaising directly with clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Assisting in risk management and value engineering reviews.
