Job summary

Boden Group is seeking a maintenance professional to cover planned and reactive tasks across multiple London buildings. You will fault-find on lighting and small power, perform EICR remedial works, and carry out periodic testing, emergency lighting checks, and small installations.

The role requires independent work with the option to collaborate with teams and coordinate with contractors. The package includes training funding and UK-based employment.

Qualifications

• Solid electrical knowledge and practical experience with electrical systems.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across London buildings.
• Fault-find lighting and small power systems; complete EICR remedial works.
• Perform periodic testing, emergency lighting checks, containment and small installs.
• Assess faults, carry out repairs or engage specialist contractors.
• Inspect sites, identify major repairs and supervise contractor works.
• Support tenant move-ins and perform light carpentry.
